Wonderful stay, room amazing, clean, spacious & bed amazing. No traffic noise heard from 1st floor room. All in all - fabulous, already booked for another night!

This hotel is a lovely blend of a wonderful terraced house tastefully decorated and fitted out to simultaneously recognise the house's heritage and presenting modern amenities, the attention to style and detail was impecable. Clearly a labour of love evrything ran smoothly from introduction, to breakfast presented at our bedroom to our departure. Kelvingrove museum is ten minutes walk away and the park across the road was a delightful haven. We would not hesitate to chose this hotel should we return at a future date.

Really friendly staff and really clean hotel. The alley way behind the property is a different story altogether. Drug dealers and takers in the day and late night. And at 4-5am every morning, artic and loading and unloading cages for an hour and a half! I won’t stay there again

Very efficient and helpful staff; nice breakfast, decent clean room, good wifi. It was basically a bed for the night, and it did what it said on the tin, and a decent way. Not sure I would stay there for a week, but for an overnight, it was perfect. Plus point: it's right next door the Glasgow Queen St station, you could fall out of the front door of the hotel into the entrance of the station. So if you are arriving late into Glasgow Queen St, or leaving early from Glasgow Queen St, this would be a very handy place to consider.

Our room was semi clean but the carpet had not been vacuumed at all. There was tons of people's hair on it. When I mentioned this to the manager he stated that the didn't vacuum. The AC was completely out on our floor so we had to leave the windows open. There were several bars below us that dumped large amounts of glass into trash cans hourly all night long. Then the recycling trucks came at 5:30 am every day. I literallbarely got than 3 hours sleep every night it was so incredibly loud. Ot is a shame because it is a central location. I would not recommend if you want to actually get sleep.

Great location on Loch Lomond with a ton of restaurants and bars nearby, and literally a 3 minute walk to the boat cruises and train station. Nice little convenience store on the corner for snacks and drinks and breakfast. Parking was great, they had a spacious lot right next to and behind the hotel, very easy. It was a budget stay and the room was in line with that, no frills but clean and comfortable for an overnight stay. Restaurant was closed while we were there.

Fantastic location. Great views of coastline from Restaurant. Close to Mallaig for great seafood restaurants too. Breakfast is very good. Staff were extremely helpful.
