(1,002 reviews) Room was clean. Could use a remodeling. Staff was super courteous. I did have a problem with water draining on to the entry area floor from the ceiling air conditioning unit. I reported the issue to a manager and a director. I was given a new room. The communication from these individuals was very poor. It was later in the evening and I had to go down stairs to find out what was going on and what they were planning to do. I would not stay here again.
