"All of our cash was stolen from our room the day after we got there. Staff literally searched through all of our bags. Front desk staff and management couldn't have cared less, gave us the runaround for days before finally agreeing to refund us. Here we are, a month after our vacation, and we have not been refunded. Unacceptable for how expensive this resort is. Also had multiple large, venomous spiders in our room."

"The great things about the hotel was that it was on the beach, several food options close by, beach not busy, dive shop next door and jungle trees which allowed for fun visits from howler monkeys and iguanas.
Downside of the hotel was that it is in need of some updates. The maintenance staff was prompt when we alerted them of broken items such as; our door lock was broken but even with the installation of a new lock and handles the door would not lock, the air conditioner was dripping...
