Pelabuhan Klang Pet-friendly Holidays

Location is awesome! The famous Jalan Alor food street is just a couple-of-minute walk away and everything in Bukit Bintang area is walkable, yet the area around the hotel is not busy. I loved the convenience and how clean, comfortable, and modern the hotel was. Food was pretty good and cheap, staff was friendly and very helpful, and the room was pretty and cosy. This accommodation is definitely good value for money!

The unit are very clean, we Love the pool & view, most importantly, the help of Shohedul, the time & effort and the good cistumer servuce that he rendered to us. We would stay here again. Thank you

The hotel itself was nice, It had some worn down parts but for the most part exhibited cleanliness. The elevator however, the elevator brought about one of the most uncomfortable experiences of my life. They must allow access to stairs or enable guests to use the staff elevators during checkout time. At 12 noon, I waited 25 minutes, not an exaggeration, I waited 25 full minutes to get into an elevator, which was packed with 10+ people and a screaming baby. Very poor experience, the hotel has more to offer, but something must be done about the elevator.

The Pan Pacific in KL was excellent, the facilities were very nice and the breakfast and bed were outstanding. I recommend

stayed for 7 nights... overall experience was excellent... room, service and facilities were superb... very helpful and supporting staffs... check-in was very smooth, and check-out was super quick.... very nicely located... really enjoyed our staying... would definitely recommend.
