I normally don’t judge hotels based on the service since the service everywhere has become so nonexistent, but the service here was truly outstanding. Everyone was helpful and respectful and professional. The room was cleaned and refreshed twice a day with chocolates offered at night. They even setup your pool chairs. Really well done. Except for the Ritz Carlton, the only place I’ve stayed recently that maintained the decorum one would expect of a serious hotel.

We have stayed here 4 times. We throughly enjoyed our stay. The new remodeled rooms were so nice. Staff are very friendly. All of the new amenities were great. Our only issue was with Passions on the Beach. The service was slow and the staff never write anything down which causes issues. Lunch is ok but the food is over priced for the quality. I would love to see an overhaul of the staff training when it come to food safety. We saw some very obvious violations. More customer service training for the restaurant staff is also needed. This was our only issue.

We enjoyed our stay very much! Its quiet - hot tub was pretty spacious- pool nice as well & rooms were very comfortable. Our room housekeeper Jaqueline on the 5th floor cleaned our room perfectly. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! Check in people forgot names were also very nice! Will definitely stay again…😊 Ps- location is convenient & parking for $8.92 a day is 👌
