Hotel was lovely, excellent facilities and very helpful and friendly staff. The pool was also great but very busy and not enough sun beds to accommodate the demand, however their deck chairs on the rocks and the sunbeds beside the harbour also provided great options. It's in quite a hilly location so need to accept a bit of an uphill walk back or wait for the buggies. Breakfast was very good also. Would definitely recommend.

Clean room and great location, close to the boat ferries.

We loved this villa. It had everything you could need and is located in quiet location but close to a nice village and several excellent restaurants.

Hosts were GREAT and bathrooms and kitchen were very clean. We did not use parking as it was not a long walk to the old town (15 minutes) and to the closest beach (Banje beach-10 minute or less) and there is a small market and bar along the way; the VIEW from the balconies (one off the living area and master bedroom, and another one off of the second bedroom) is STUNNING. The hot pot and coffee machine were great as we sat on the balcony sipping our morning drink. The welcoming wine and snacks were put to good use! The drying rack on the balcony was great to dry our swim gear. Everything worked and it was a great value, but if you need to do any kind of business while there, be advised that the wifi while we were there was not reliable and only available in a small area of the apartment. It would have been impossible for us to do any kind of school or other work on wifi from the apartment-we have let the owners know so hopefully it will improve. This is NOT a fancy place; it is no-frills. It has what you need and nothing you don't. Beds were comfortable, but not lush, but we weren't looking for that. For the location, cleanliness, convenience, and ease of use, I would stay again for a few days, and even longer if the wifi was fixed.

Perfect base for exploring Split- close walk to old town! We absolutely loved our stay at PIETRA ROSSA! The location couldn’t be more perfect—tucked right in near the heart of the Old Town and port, so everything was just a short walk away. Despite being so central, it felt quiet and peaceful inside. The room itself was spotless and had a nice modern feel. The air conditioning was an absolute lifesaver (especially during the summer heat!). We were a little nervous about the self-check-in process, but it couldn’t have been easier. The host Ana sent super clear instructions and was quick to respond to any questions we had. It made arriving feel seamless and stress-free. She arranged to greet us at the apartment and was extremely friendly and helpful. Honestly, it was a great stay and we’re already talking about coming back. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located place in Split don’t hesitate to book this one! We will definitely be back. 😊

The staff was exceptional. They were so friendly and helpful and went above and beyond. The room was also fabulous and the property was well kept. Would certainly stay here again.
