Arrived an hour after check-in began only to find out that our Hotel was overbooked. We were transferred to another hotel that had an additional fee for pets. Hotel was over a mile away. We had to negotiate the pet cost. Also had reserved prepaid parking near booked hotel that had to be cancelled. Transferred to Yours Truly Hotel. New hotel was willing to work with me until we figured everything out. They had to call the original hotel and their management to get everything sorted out.
