The staff was beyond wonderful!! Check in was easy and fast . Concierge Thomas was excellent! Breakfast was a bit pricey and should have a better offering for the $$$. Wait staff in the bar area and restaurant were personable and excellent! Rooms could probably do with a sprucing up soon. We would certainly stay there again.

Everything about the stay was perfect. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, breakfast was fantastic with a massive selection, staff were friendly and went the extra mile to make sure everyone had everything they needed. Also loved the 12th Knot!

The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The staff were attentive, helpful and friendly. The air conditioning was very easy to control and efficent. I did not take breakfast but did have the famous cream tea and it was spectacular.
