Overall, the hotel was decent and the stay was comfortable. However, I was surprised and disappointed that there was no shampoo provided in the room. Shampoo is such a basic hotel amenity that I would expect it to be available. Aside from that, everything was fine.

We had a huge spider in our room, and when asked if the sheets could be changed the only thing the cleaning staff did was make up the bed WITHOUT THE SHEETS BEING CHANGED!!😡

I didn’t get to stay here they closed for my stay their sister hotel was nice but not quite what I wanted would love to have gotten the experience I planned but they accommodated me enough to get a few stars maybe next time !
