The penthouse photos posted set a very different expectation. Not worth the price. There was a 5-10min wait for the one existing/functioning lift, and when it broke down, we were ushered rudely to take the stairs, all the way up to 18th floor. The staff did not bother offering aid to help carry our stuff . And for the premium rate paid for a penthpuse stay, we were still charged for the toothbrush and toothpaste, which is usually covered in cheaper hotels. The deposit came back to my account only after 2 weeks. Not worth booking.

Noisy fan in bathroom that you can’t turn off. Lumpy and uncomfortable pillows. Curtains that are shorter than the window they are meant to cover. Uncomfortable and disappointing.

The room was actually bigger than advertised, really kids friendly. We booked a standard queen room and it came with a big sofa. We were able to stretch ourselves across the queen bed and sofa. Best location we stayed so far. It’s at one end of Haymarket and corner of world tower. If you come to city for convenient location and good food, it’s really the best option I found so far.
