Laurel Highlands Pet-friendly Holidays

I dropped some cash, the bellhop tried to hand it to me. The receptionist grabbed it and said they needed to check cameras. I obliged, 6 hours later they told me they had to wait until the next day when the manager arrived. I said I wasn’t waiting, they couldn’t find the cash. 3 hours later I finally got it back. The pool was disgusting, the ceiling was rotting and hanging and it appeared there was children’s feces, could have been something else, all over the floor. The AC was so loud, it was difficult to sleep. I would not go back there again.

The staff at the Westin was extremely helpful and proactive. The initial room they gave us had some issues, including a smoke-like smell (not cigarette smoke). As soon as we notified reception, someone handled it extremely professionally, and within minutes we were moved to a much better room.

Ice machine was not working on our fifth floor room; fortunately, merely a few extra minutes on elevator to floor six for ice.

Very responsive, great location, awesome hosts! 10/10 would recommend.
