Great hotel, good location, friendly staff. Would stay again if in Seattle

The check in process was very smooth. They had a room available for early check in, which was a welcome comfort. The elevator was always quick to arrive during our visit. One of those little things that make a big difference. Proximity to Pike Place Market was a big positive. Onsite dining was good, though a little pricey. The 15 dollar dining credit was very welcome. The room was comfortable during the day. At night, the curtains didn't quite keep out all of the light, making it always seem as if the sun was just rising, even in the middle of the night. Pillows, a very individual preference, were too soft. They would squish down to nothing, making it no support at all. . Thermostat controls were wonky, but that is an issue with the brand and not the hotel's fault. Overall a good stay

Hotel is centrally located and the staff was pleasant and attentive. Hotel is lovely but as others have reported it could use a refresh. Air conditioning in my room was not sufficiently cool and there was a slight musty smell. Otherwise-lovely hotel.

It would be nice if there could be an adults only area or adults only time at the pool and the hot tub. The kids in the hot tub kind of disgust us.

At first glance, it seemed ok. Older but everything you need. Upon closer inspection, the room was dirty with visible spider webs and poor finishes (gaps between trim/wall…). Multiple lights and outlets didn’t work (for example, by the bathroom sink). The bathroom mirror was small, too high for a shorter person to use and broken. In the bathroom there was a small amount of toilet paper left on the roll with no replacement available. Many of the blinds were broken or in poor condition. When we realized the unit had all of these issues, there was no staff on sight so we spent an uncomfortable night and left super early the next morning. It felt as though they took advantage of the limited options available in this area, charged a rather substantial amount for the condition, and put us in the back cabin with a cramped entrance that maybe isn’t always rented out. We made the reservation weeks in advance so the lack of preparation had no justification.

No wifi or temperature control in the cabins, small but functional shower and comfy bed

The room was pristine and wonderful and the bed was very comfortable. The walls are so paper thin that every time the guest next door used the bathroom or open/closed their door, we thought someone broke into our room. And only the deadlock kept our door secure so that was concerning. But all in all it met our needs.
