The place is perfect. It was very easy to find, and check in/out. We also were able to do early check in by paying an extra that was reasonable. The only “not good” thing, is that there was a retro Nintendo console with the joysticks, but when we wanted to play with it, the console was broken. Also, we wanted to use the TV and when trying to connect as “screen mirroring”, the TV had the “network” connection disabled so we couldn’t connect our phones. Other than that, the place is fantastic, is well equipped and is located very close to most of places that are popular in Helsinki. We would stay there again :)

This is a terrific place to stay. It's all digital and the check-in, check-out and all other processes rolled off perfectly. Our various questions were answered promptly (in whatsaap). The room, kitchen, bathroom and sitting area were very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Very clean. Cafe next door. In room laundry. Walkable to everything. The only issue we had was the gym was not next door. Website and AI instructions need updating as Gym 10 mins walk away but had great facilities. Would definitely stay here again.

First four star hotel experience and I was honestly not impressed. Zero check in tab on the annoying website app you need to access your room, received an email in the middle of the night while I was asleep that we didn't check in and our room was going to get cancelled. Half the lights in the room did not work and neither did the stove. The shower stall didn't go down to the floor so the bathroom floor was soaking wet the entire stay. Personal room and door code didn't work for the roof terrace for no reason. Room was also very small for a family of three.

Overall, it was a decent stay, however for a "Design Hotel", we weren't really that impressed. The view from our room (and we assume rooms like ours) all face inward to a 'dead' space that overlooked an internal courtyard area, that was closed off and had bits of trash from construction in it... the otherrooms also overlooked the same area, and could see into our rooms - so that meant that we had to keep our curtains closed and it was just a dark stay. There were no coffee machines, and the matress was a thin layer futon. It was fine, it just felt a bit odd. The bathroom was the nicest part of the room, and the access to the spa was the best part of it. The spa is quite small and is unisex; and whilst you get complimentary access (if you book a slot) it did seem quite crowded. In saying that, this hotel has been highly recommended by a lot of magazines, so I think it's intended to be one of the best in Helsinki and we still did enjoy our stay - it just wasn't at the same standard as the other "Design Hotels" we've been to.

We stayed for 4 nights for the marathon and wanted a place to make food etc so it was a good fit. I think really you’d stay two nights max as there are no fresh towels or room turn down and coffee/tea didn’t get refilled. I did ask the AI bot thing but it didn’t deliver. That’s the annoying thing. There’s no person really to speak to whilst you’re there. Needs a sink in the room kitchenette. But it’s cheap and cheerful. A good concept that when working well is great. But often we found lots of dirty dishes in sinks left by guests. Some older guys were asleep on sofas on communal area in the evening so not inviting. Bins in room way too small. So for two cheap nights, fine. But not for longer.
