Initial front desk check in was great as was my check out. However, several encounters between where abrupt. Bartenders Oliver and Jacob were terrific. Housekeeping was great. I stayed a little longer than I anticipated in my room, but the cleaning lady came back and cleaned the room.

Wonderful property in the heart of old town.

The apartment was nice, but had very limited windows - only in the bedroom, which meant it became quite hot and stuffy, even with the windows open. One of our key reasons for choosing the apartment was the pool and gym facilities. However these were really disappointing. The pool was very cold as was the hot tub and both were over crowded. The gym had very limited cardio equipment. The location is also not the best as it is a little out of the centre in the other side of the river. However taxis are really cheap and it is walkable if you like walking and time permits, but I think as a result we lost some of the atmosphere of the old town. The man on reception was nice and communication good initially, although when we checked out this morning we spent 30mins trying to find out what to do with the keys as no one was about or answering the phone. Overall on ok stay but improbably would Look for somewhere else if I visited again.

Place is so clean, quite and staff so nice and kind. Facility is close to Old Time Square and St. Mary’s Basilica
