(199 reviews) We had a wonderful stay in one of the alpine suites to celebrate my husbands 50th birthday. Our room had the most wonderful views, which took our breath away each morning. Highly recommend the Italian restaurant in the hotel, we had a fabulous dinner here whilst staying. The walk across the frozen lake into St.Moritz was lengthy but beautiful views, would recommend if you are fit enough! The front desk staff was there, but they weren’t very welcoming. Not that they were rude or mean, just not very welcoming. They don’t provide slippers or robes. The quality of the stay simply doesn’t reflect the costs. The town itself is very picturesque, but I would stay at another property should I decide to return. The best part of the stay was the view from my room. The hotel similar to other ones nearby seem to keep the history of the town intact which I thoroughly enjoyed seeing in the various rooms.
