all rooms don't have AC so you have to be careful. I had to upgrade my room because no AC do not fit me ;) They should say so when we book. We should have an option.

Check in was a nightmare. There is no live staff, only automated kiosks. One didn’t work at all. The other finally functioned but informed that the room was being cleaned and not yet ready- at 9:00 PM!!! The help line was actually helpful, and another room was made available. However, the listing said there was AC, but no thermostat or controls in the room, and the place was roasting hot. Opening a window helped but there was a lot of traffic noise. The restaurant was closed and nearby options were not excellent. Last, the parking garage entrance was too low for a standard sized van, small cars only. So not at all an ideal experience.

Simply fantastic. Staff (and owner) so very helpful. Had a great time here.

Excellent hotel and placement. Very clean room nice restaurant and close to tram train station and to main basel station just one stop very convenient. Quality is perfect for the money you pay nothing to complain about

The air conditioner doesn’t cool enough. We even sleep because the temperature in the room. The explanation they gave us was due to regulations they can drop temperatures below 75 F. We were in others hotels in Switzerland and that wasn’t the case we can manage the temperature even below 70 F. I am not sure about the real reason. I know I have to go to the front desk for them to set the air conditioning to 75 or higher because you won’t see it. I know they did it remotely. Another situation is the ice machine wasn’t working in my floor , I went to a different floor and didn’t work either. If they fix this I would give them excellent

The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast and coffee was tasty. Perfect location if you travel bewteen Lucerne and Zurich
