(849 reviews) Nice hotel on a main avenue. The rooms were nice with good water pressure. The rooms were also quiet. The hotel is very centrally located and close to everything. We did have terrible Wifi and they may have had system issues (there were also delays at check in which again seems like IT issues were the order of the day). Nonetheless the staff was professional and pleasant. Recommended. While the hotel is very clean and the staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, the interior feels a little outdated and could benefit from a refresh. We also learned that their non-refundable policies are strictly enforced; despite being stuck in Basque Country and missing our first night, we were still charged for the full stay, though the staff was helpful in ensuring our remaining reservation stayed secure. (1,000 reviews) Excellent location.Safe area and walkable to everything.Mist of the staff at the lobby were respectful and willing to assist us in every way,with one exception-Mr.Perez- who spoke to me as if I was someone ignorant when I was trying to buy a Spanish abanico(he needs to improve his people skills).I would like to praise Jesus,who was in the breakfast area- he was so kind!!He even shared with me how they make the Santiago tart!!and made himself available to take pictures of us on the New Year’s Eve night..
