Isle of Lismore Pet-friendly Holidays

Excellent stay, not my first time, I really like the vibe and layout. Room was very clean and well-presented, nice soap, shampoo, conditioner, espresso machine and capsules. The only thing needed was my room had a blackout curtain, but the rail for some type of sheer curtain, so you could let in sunlight without people looking into the room, was missing. If I was staying for more than one night I would have raised it at the time, but as it was a quick visit, I didn't.

Beautiful property marred by patchy service. Staff not well trained. When late checkout at 12noon was requested, was told to pay 50GBP. Not classy.

The hotel is well located and has a car park (payable) The room was quite small but very clean and well appointed. The bed very comfortable. The staff are absolutely amazing, really friendly and helpful. Would 100% stay here again.

Was perfect for my business trip in Scotland

Our stay included a basic, but good sized room, at a good rate, with a beautiful view over the river. Check in staff were friendly and helpful. Bathroom was clean and the bed comfortable enough. Our main complaint was the standard of the food in the restaurant. Waiting, and bar staff, looked universally miserable and service was extremely slow, even when there were few occupied tables (with the notable exception of the woman at breakfast, who was friendly and efficient). The food was of poor standard throughout and I would not recommend anything we ordered. I would happily stay at the hotel again, but would advise the hotel to look at the museum cafe next door as an example of efficient, friendly, service with decent food.

Excellent room and service, staff were very friendly and helpful.
