Everything was great. My only suggestion is that - sadly the pastry nook is closed. There isnt an option for a coffee bar complimentary. I had to get coffee from the restaurant for my partner when he was sick- I bought two coffees so he would not have to make a trip and it was over $20 for a couple of coffees (I got one). I was like - this is kinda silly. And parking valet is the only option if not on the street parking and that is $65 a night. So it was wonderful but - it would be great if those little things were complimentary. The food was good at the restaurant. Not great but good. The best thing besides the view from our room - was the staff is very good. Everyone is VERY good. Maybe I could say - they are great. The lady who checked us in - the cleaning team- anyone I asked for anything - the doormen (doorpeople) - the people in the restaurant and bars. Very good staff. The hotel is a little "dated" but I hope it stays kinda retro because it is a historic hotel. I just hope they somehow do something even if they have to add $20 a night to the rooms - to have the valet parking be free and give the visitors a free coffee barn downstairs. My room only had one coffee cup and no milk so making coffee in the room did not work.

Conveniently located walking distance from multiple cafes and bike stops. This was our second stay at The Lyle and it was perfect for us.

My wife and I have stayed at several InterContinental properties, and our recent stay at your hotel was by far one of the best experiences we have had. What made our visit truly exceptional was your staff. Everyone was remarkably attentive and consistently ensured all of our needs were met.

The customer service lady was rude, the only parking with this hotel is valet, 70$ per day. We found another parking couple of blocks away for only 24$ a day. Room was clean but we kept finding hair in several places, there was so much dust behind the mirror in the bathroom, it was falling down on everything on the vanity. Room also has old furniture smells. Coffee in the room was good. Bottle of vine was also complimentary.

Nice bed good space for a room it was enough towels and wash cloths for a single stay or 2 night stay. Service was really good. Nice and quiet.
