The location is fantastic—within walking distance of iconic Seattle spots like Pike Place Market, the Argosy Cruise dock, the Seattle Great Wheel, and the Space Needle. The setting is truly special, especially if you opt for a water view room. We were treated to a clear view of Mount Rainier during our stay, and one morning we even woke up to find a large cruise ship docked just next door at the Cruise Terminal—it made for an unforgettable scene. We had booked two rooms: one was missing a screen on the patio door and the other lacked patio chairs, plus we noticed some minor drainage issues in one of the toilets. That said, the hotel staff was very responsive and quickly addressed these concerns. Although we didn’t get the chance to try the on-site dining, the restaurant looked like a beautiful spot to enjoy a meal, with tables right over the water and both indoor and outdoor seating available if reserved in advance. One thing to keep in mind is that parking is valet-only and on the pricier side. Nearby lots aren’t ideal for multi-day stays, as they typically don’t allow multiple in-and-outs, so we opted for the hotel valet service. The hotel had been recently renovated and superbly done. The staff was very attentive everything that you wanted they were there to help you with. I have nothing but great admiration for this hotel. I will stay the next time I come to Seattle here.!

Is in a good location and the lime bikes out front make getting around the city super easy. Room was clean and nice. Parking is also secure under the hotel so you don’t have to worry about people breaking into your car at night.

A small detail that made me smile . I asked a staff member how the day on the elevator rug changed daily and she said there's a rug for each day. . Also the patio dining was delightful.

It only had 2 VERY SMALL elevators for the whole hotel, like 3 people max, 2 if they had luggage. With the hotel being full it took FOREVER to get an elevator. We had to take 3 flights of stairs down with our full size 50# luggage because we waited and 3 elevators came and were full. Other than the elevators, it was nice.
