Mattress was super uncomfortable, breakfast made me sick about 30 mins later. Complained to them on their website, was told that I should have brought that up on the day. Yes, I would've loved to stay longer if I could. *Sarcasm* I was sick after checking out (which I did shortly after breakfast). No, I wouldn't have come back to discuss me being sick because they can't cook their breakfast properly. I don't think anyone who's unwell feels like complaining while their unwell. Thank for your time, but I won't be coming back again. Plus their reply wasn't really very caring. Very disappointed with their customer services. Reception was great, nothing to do with them. The mattress being uncomfortable is nothing that could've been fixed on the day unless they keep extra soft mattresses out the back.

The studio was clean, well located and generally comfortable, and communication with the property was mostly fine. However, I was disappointed that a washing machine was listed among the facilities but was not available in the apartment. I checked in on Sunday and only found out on Thursday, after asking where it was, that it had been removed because of a problem. I was told it would be resolved that day, but this should have been communicated at check-in rather than only after I asked. For a stay of several nights, this can be an important facility. Also, after I informed the property that I would be leaving early, housekeeping arrived before I had confirmed that I had actually checked out. It would be better to confirm the guest’s departure time first. Overall, the property is good in terms of cleanliness and location, but the listing should accurately reflect the available facilities and the check-out communication could be improved.

Good price for this location considering the inclusion of a good breakfast.
