The view to the sea was amazing.

This hotel is excellent! I will recommend ed 100%. The Service is super, I will stay there again.

The resort was wonderful, food was really good, the Bravo staff was great. The only improvement could be the quality of the VOI Concierge activities, we joined the Lipari/Vulcano one and it was expensive and unsatisfactory, I would suggest to future guests to check external activities not ones organised by the resort.

I tried to reached to them a week before my travel to get some information about the transport options to the hotel nobody responded i was already heading towards the hotel when i received an email in italian with useless information. On the day of arrival at reception they told me most of the facilities are closed including the restaurant none of this was mentioned while i made the bookings. The lady at the reception on 23rd around 13:30 while speaking to me in between exchanged words in her language with her staff member and both laughed and passed weird expressions which is very unprofessional and insulting to do to your guests. We went into the room noticed even the basic things are not in the room for a 4 star hotel. Only 2 water bottles in the fridge no kettle no tea bags no iron, Broken cupboards, Ants in the balcony, broken hair dryer, noisy Bed We asked them for extra towels 3 times finally had to get down and ask for 4 time.The AC was blowing air not cooling the room due to this my 1 year old got unwell and had temperature. I requested to make the AC work nothing changed. We went to speak at the reception and when we mentioned our baby is unwell they laughed at us at this moment we realised its a very unsafe place to stay.extremely rude and unprofessional staff worst hotel experience of my life.I had to leave the hotel and make another booking at a different place.

The hotel is lovely, great location and our room was big with a beautiful view. The breakfast buffet was wonderful with enough vegan options for us. However, when we checked in, we were told the restaurant was all full for dinner and couldn't make reservations. We were tired from traveling all day and very hungry. The hotel should have been able to accommodate 2 more people for dinner.

The folks who work here are the best- friendly and helpful without being hovering. I had a great stay over the holidays and was really charmed by the town and the location of the hotel- right across from the water where locals go to fish even in December! The view is amazing from my window and while I can see that the parking situation would be chaotic in peak time, since it is low season- it was not an issue. Highly recommend for a stay in Milazzo or as a home base for Sicily exploration!

We had an amazing night here! The service was so friendly and incredible. Beautiful modern and clean rooms. Short walk to all the sites you would want to see.
