Not worth staying here - much better options around Zakopane. Rude staff No coffee machine supplied in room (despite having Nespresso coffee pods) which were in the room. Asked at reception and they advised they knew about it and aren’t replacing it and couldn’t source another one. Nespresso pods also had 2/4 in the case so this is a known problem. Not offered any alternative or different other than a Nescafé sachet. Guy at check out also unfriendly. No privacy on balcony as the divider is clear see-through so you will be sitting with the room next to you. Room was ok bed wasn’t the most comfortable nor the chair in the room. Good location Clean Most certainly not a 5 star hotel and 3 at very best and won’t stay again.

This is a charming and inviting hotel. Breakfast was amazing, so many choices with traditional Polish meats, cheeses and pastries. Very helpful staff. There is no AC in the rooms, which was only a problem during late afternoons. Windows do open wide.
