I must say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped foot in the hotel, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service that lasted throughout my entire stay. The location of the aparthotel is simply perfect. Situated in the heart of Gdansk, it offers easy access to all the major attractions, vibrant shopping areas, and delicious dining options. Whether I wanted to explore the historic Old Town or enjoy a leisurely stroll along the picturesque waterfront, everything was just a stone's throw away. The rooms at the aparthotel were spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail and the thoughtfulness that went into the design. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city. The well-equipped kitchenette provided me with the convenience of preparing my own meals, which was a bonus for longer stays. The staff at the aparthotel were phenomenal. They were always available, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. They provided me with invaluable local insights and recommendations, making my trip even more memorable. Their professionalism and genuine care for their guests truly stood out. We had a corner room which gave us additional room space. Had everything you needed, including a fridge. The room was also well presented and maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with lots of options but with the hotel being European, some of the options were not what we were used to.

We had a fantastic weekend staying at the Sheraton Sopot. The Friday night Italian buffet was delightful, and the live music set a perfect tone for the weekend. All the staff were very helpful, and the spa was amazing, especially since it was -15 degrees outside. Thank you for a truly lovely weekend!
