The staff at the front desk didn’t tell us we had to use two elevators to get to our room. Frustrating figuring out on your own. Unless you want to hang by the pool, there is absolutely nothing to do at this hotel. There is no nearby town to walk around , only the hotel surrounded by beautiful wine country. Also it’s a harrowing mountainous drive to get to this hotel. The roads are barely wide enough for a small SUV.

Reception sent us to a restaurant in a town 15 mins away for dinner. On mountain roads in the night which doesn't give you an opportunity to enjoy ..."
