Room was upgraded but wasn’t really an upgrade. We had a king suite with balcony. Was moved to a smaller room without balcony. Hotel is nice but it’s really out of the way so we paid way more for taxis going to excursions.

Great hotel, room was lovely, incredibly spacious. I was a solo traveller and all the staff mad me feel right at home. The breakfast was great, many options and great seating area. The pool, sauna, steam room and fitness studios are of a high standard and well worth using while staying at the hotel

"The staff is very helpful. They are very friendly and go to the effort to be informative of events and attractions in the area. They were prompt to help send our laundry out for cleaning and set up camel rides, airport shuttle and area tours."
