Everything about Ginger House Museum is wonderful. The staff are amazing, the rooms are spectacular and they make you feel so welcome and at home.

Needs maintenance, looks run down.
Need to put good batteries in the tv remotes not cheap ones.
Buffet meals lacks quality.
Main entrance hall needs fans and coolers running all time. Very hot and humid and all fans not switched on.
The shower attachments need maintenace.
Need a inroom guide of how to operate tv and stb box.
Staff were outstanding and go out of the way to help and oblige! Keep it up.

We had a wonderful stay at SpiceTree Munnar. The staff couldn't have been more accommodating or hospitable, and we are very grateful for their kindnesses. The food was top-tier - our deepest thanks to Chef Pandiyan. We loved the complimentary activities that were offered. The location was amazing, secluded but easily navigable to the beautiful landscapes of Idukki and Munnar all around. The room was luxurious, with all its amenities and that spectacular view to wake up to.
