Séjour de quelques jours en famille (5) et nous avons tous été conquis par ce charmant hôtel. Tout le personnel de l’hôtel a été courtois. L’offre pour le petit déjeuner était variée et goûteuse. Le quartier est tranquille, l’accès à la mer direct et le coucher du soleil mémorable. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir!

I honestly dislike writing bad reviews but I don’t want another traveler to feel the way we felt. Signum has incredible marketing, professional photos, amazing content creators.. that being said never had we felt more catfished.. for the reputation and the price we expected much more, we were barely greeted when we arrived, not shown a tour of the property, we were left to figure things out on our own. The room was dated, the sheets felt like sandpaper, the pool was average, not very refreshing. The spa was dated, many of the features/baths/ Steam room did not function, etc. The grounds were in a sad state, the hotel at one point must have been classy and historic, you can tell it must have been elegant in its day. Something must have happened, I feel bad for the hotel and hope they can resurrect what they once had. On a positive note the hotel can learn alot from the hospitality of Graziana , she was the highlight of the stay and the hotel front desk girl from Napoli was so friendly and helpful. But I can say the rest of the staff felt so cold and barely paid any attention to you, they acted entitled.. the setting of the Michelin restaurant is awkward that hotel guests walk through from the pool and the better views are reserved for the other restaurant. We left this hotel early and we are glad we did. Salina is special Sadly this hotel doesn’t match the vibe. I don’t want to promote another hotel but the hospitality we were shown right next door was incredible

An amazing stay at this wonderful B & B. Manuella was a great host explaining the best places to visit on Salina. The breakfasts were very good and made from local produce, with Manuella giving a detailed explanation of the produce. Room was very clean and a brilliant view from the patio where we had breakfast. We would thoroughly reccommend this property.

Tried to cancel 3 days before and they were not allowing. Orbitz booked the wrong island and they wouldn't let us out.

J’ai adoré cet établissement ainsi que son emplacement. La vue sur Stromboli depuis ma chambre était tout simplement extraordinaire, et le petit-déjeuner était excellent. Mon seul bémol est qu’il aurait été apprécié d’être informé qu’après une certaine heure en soirée, l’entrée principale est verrouillée et qu’il faut accéder à l’hôtel par l’arrière. Nous sommes restés coincés devant l’hôtel pendant un bon moment avant de réussir, grâce à WhatsApp, à joindre quelqu’un qui nous a finalement expliqué la procédure.
