Great hotel in an excellent location, very close to the bus station and just a short walk from the town centre. It’s a little on the expensive side, but the convenience and overall experience made it worthwhile. The staff were lovely throughout our stay, and the front-of-house team in particular were excellent and very welcoming. Check-in was quite late, which wasn’t ideal after travelling, but everything else ran smoothly. Having a ski shop within the hotel was a big plus and made organising equipment very easy. The hotel restaurant was reasonably priced for dinner and the food was good. Breakfast, however, was quite expensive, so we ended up opting to eat elsewhere in the mornings. Overall, a very enjoyable stay. The location, helpful staff, and on-site ski facilities made things easy, and I would definitely stay here again.

Great area with excellent amenities - spa was lovely!

We have been returning to vallorcine apartments for a few years now. Unfortunately we feel they are not run as well as they were a few years ago. There is no one on reception, the bakery is very low on stock - can’t even get milk there. The pool is not heated for long enough so it’s too cold to stay in for longer than 5-10minutes. The sauna is only open from 4 pm and then crowded with young children trying to get warm after the cold pool! The WiFi is very poor and there was only one English Channel available on tv. A few years ago there were several movie channels available, an ice rink, a little kiosk, towels for swimming at reception and someone on reception. There was also a games room with a pool table which is now gone. The apartments are generally clean but there were some missing items that had not been replaced eg chopping board, long mirror and the bath screen had a very mouldy seal. Overall, it was quite disappointing this year. It’s such a pity as they could be much nicer if run properly.

The Spa is a great place to relax, always the Risk of some familys who cant control their children, but not the Hotels fault

Great apartment. Clean. Very comfortable beds. Well equipped. So handy for the slopes and loved the outdoor saunas after a day on the slopes

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Shuttle worked well. Junior suite room was large and clean. Large bathroom.
