Great view and easy access to the beach. Make sure you have an international adapters for your computer and cell phones. We ended up having to buy 2. The breakfast was tasteless, fruit tasted like it came out of a can and coffee was awful. Food from room service was very good.

They put me in a room that already had someone in, then the second one stinks and I had to ask to be changed finally for a room without an apology. And I just had a toddler and lots of luggage so was annoyed. Not exactly a 5 star experience ahahah the bathrobes were horrible don’t even try them on. Great location and great children amenities. Very small rooms. Very busy there. My toddler loved it, me not really. You get a real 5 star experience at the ritz. This is not a true 5 star.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Good room, quiet at night! 5 pools to chose from, SPA, shuttle to the beach takes 10 min. Great choice of food and entertainment. Friendly multinational staff. We'll definitely come back for a fuss free holiday!

We love this hotel. It’s clean, friendly staff, amazing entertainment staff and kids club staff, great location. Hotel is a bit dated now and could do with a revamp but another great stay!

"Enjoyed our stay. Nice clean apartment and good location. Got to be honest beds not the most comfortable and would have liked apartment to have a safe but other than that we had a great time. Good communication with owner too, really nice bloke. Would highly recommend. Thank you"

"Stayed for 5 nights. Villa is exactly as listed and was perfect for what we needed. Claire got in contact early on and was helpful throughout.Roughly a 12 minute taxi to Las Americas but once you have a local number it’s easy to get them.The only issue we had (and not really an issue with the villa) ..."
