The rooms very well designed and modern - this is 5* modern vs 5* grand - only minor points were noisy ventilation and the filter tap didn't work on the second night Wonderful Elena was very helpful

No air conditioning, my room was stifling. There was no tub or shower stall. The shower was a drain on the bathroom floor with a shower curtain across it and was small. I had to lay a bath towel across the floor next to the shower curtain to ensure the small bathroom floor was not totally covered in water. There was something that looked like feces in the toilet when I checked in, but the staff told me I must be mistaken, said something about the pipes and water in the hotel. The staff was nice and the breakfast okay, but I would not recommend this hotel. I

For a hotel that had only been open 10 days, very few things were wrong/needed addressing. The Deluxe room was spacious and comfortable, lovely bathroom. Breakfast was included in the room price and was good

Unexpected with air con in the rooms, but very nice, we almost couldn’t leave the room 😊 As always we had a very nice stay at the hotel and the breakfast was delicious as usual. Free parking is a very nice thing.

The front staff member gave guests in front of me a late checkout but when I requested for the same he said no. I observed that those in front of me were white and I am not. It just felt suspicious and he was quite rude when I asked him why others in front of me were provisioned the late checkout. He worked at around 9:30 am on Wednesday July 1. Further the bag storage room is left in an unsecured closet in the basement. Anyone with a hotel key can enter and leave on their own, with no one watching or securing the guests baggage. Thirdly the rooms are quite small and crammed Finally, on my last day there, they were pumping the sewage. The entire lobby smelt like feces. It was quite unpleasant I don’t think I will be staying here again and I encourage others to look elsewhere

Fijn huis. Heerlijk rustige omgeving met veel privacy.
