Had a very nice stay. Staff were friendly and accommodating such as when we asked for extra pillows. Rooms were nice however would have liked a kettle in the room and plug or usb sockets closer to the bed. Overall was a nice stay. Breakfast was very nice with a large selection of continental however some bacon and actual sausages (rather than frankfurters) for British guests would have been nice.

Hotel is clean and well-kept. We like the location as well, walkable distance to the Metro and other famous tourist attractions. Staff are courteous and friendly. Beautiful hotel. Absolutely stunning. The hallways, the grand room, the courtyard…. Really feels like you’re staying somewhere you shouldn’t be able to. Wonderful location as well. Super close to the trevi fountain and the Spanish steps. Wonderful, helpful staff as well. Definitely the best spot if you want to be near all the tourist spots while still getting 5 star accommodations.

The only negative is there was an event one of our nights that went till midnight. It was very loud and hard to sleep.
