Unbelievable property!

Service is poor. We ordered a room service pizza for a toddler at 9:45pm, they said it will be delivered at 10:15pm, but it never arrived! Overall it’s way overpriced!

Well worth it! Definitely do Glacial pool!

The hotel’s location was excellent, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We were a family of four and stayed in a suite, which was spacious and comfortable. The reason I’m giving the room 3 stars is that several pieces of furniture had noticeable stains, and the room could have been cleaner overall. A little more attention to cleanliness and maintenance would make a big difference. The rooftop hot tub and sauna on the fourth floor were a great amenity. The hot tub was extremely hot, but we still enjoyed relaxing there after a day of sightseeing. Free parking at the bottom level was definitely a plus. In addition, you can also wash your clothes. As for the price, Banff is expensive these days, so the cost was about what we expected. Overall, we had a great stay and would consider staying here again.

We stayed in a 2 bdrm 2 bath suite with a balcony, it had everything we needed. The outdoor heated pool, hot tub and sauna were awesome after long days hiking! The only thing I would have liked to see is a little market or restaurant on-site that could be utilized to grab things rather than running out to a grocery store, gas station, restaurant, etc.
