性價比高，酒店職員升級了我們的房間。房間好大、清潔。唯獨一個缺點。廁格卷紙沒有更換新，住三日都只有一卷。酒店泳池好大，又有私人沙灘，雖然不可以落水，但打卡位多。酒店沿海，四周環境好舒服。雖然不是住在主樓層，酒店會用golf 車承載我們過去住的樓層

We arrived at 11am. Checked in and were told the room wasn’t ready. After killing 3 hours went back around 2. Room still wasn’t ready. Waited till 3 which is what hotels.com says check in time. Room still not ready and by now there are 50 other couples waiting for their rooms as well. After raising my voice they gave us access to the VIP lounge to wait. They gave us our room at 4pm and there had to be an entire cleaning company like 6-7 crews cleaning the entire floor. As a foreigner Bradley no one spoke English. Would not recommend

The Atlantis Sanya hotel is beautiful and luxurious. We splurged for 1 night but wished we had booked 2 nights. We didn’t have enough time to enjoy all the included attractions.
I booked the room that includes the use of the Imperial club that offers tea time and an evening happy hour. The food provided is more than snack items. It’s an actual meal in my opinion it was a nice surprise. You can also have breakfast here or go to the main breakfast buffet. I would love to come back and spend a few nights. The staff are super helpful and lovely.
