Highly recommend staying here, its the perfect location, with a perfect beach within steps, the staff is incredibly kind, hard working and just fun. The room is very clean, and the amenities have everything one would need.

The property is huge and situated in a lovely area right on the bay. The only thing that is frustrating is how long and slow the check in process is. Both times I’ve stayed, I had to sit in the lobby waiting for multiple people to verify that the room was ready. Seems like they really ought to have a better system than the front desk sending the concierge who then sends the valet to physically drive over. Either housekeeping turned the room or they didn’t. Should be something verifiable by computer or a radio check. Not 30-40 minutes of sitting around the lobby waiting. Otherwise, I thoroughly enjoyed my time there.

We loved our stay at Cocos. The hotel staff were lovely. The food menus changed each night and were all delicious. If you stay at cocos definitely be sure to book a couples massage and a dinner on the beach. We found both to be well worth it. Paddle boarding and kayaking were our favorite activities. And the beach bar had great lunch choices right by the beach.

The location was amazing. Restaurant and beaches were superb! Our pool needed a good cleaning with some algae on the walls but otherwise a perfect location

Every staff member was exceptionally polite and helpful! The room was just amazing as it very clean and the ocean front view was just spectacular! It was a short walk to many restaurants and the little strip, or they will call you a taxi for your transportation needs, if needed. I would definitely stay here again, and the scenery is just amazing the clear ocean water was just delightful!

Kimisha at the pool was my favorite person!

A really nice hotel in a great part of the island. It's on a nice beach with lots of dining options close by.

I will start with all the good first. Elliot at the front desk was so helpful and very pleasant. Gave exceptional customer service. This hotel is a very nice place. Rooms are not the best but i can’t say they are the worst. This hotel faces the Atlantic side of the ocean so it’s not swimmable if this is what you would like to do at this hotel. The beach chairs are old and outdated. They do clean the pools every morning and the staff does greet you. The restaurants are not the best. The pizza stand is ok the buffet on Wednesdays for seafood night It’s not worth it overcooked lobster and fish. But some edible side dishes. I enjoy the breakfast at Calypso which was the best option they have going for them. I must say it is a walkable distance to many restaurants as well as the supermarket where you can buy a few groceries and liquor. You can walk to the beach. I would say it’s about a 12 minute walk to go to the Caribbean side of the beach. it’s a very nice Place. I would recommend it great for children. The rooms just need an uplift but other than that i would give this place a 3.8 out of 5. Be prepared for everything to close early. Keep that in mind.
