"Would NOT recommend. My husband and i stayed at the Morgan for our honeymoon for 5 days. I have to be honest, we were so disappointed. Our very first interaction with front desk staff member was poor. I’m assuming she had a frustrating day but she certainly took it out on us. Didn’t greet us, told us nothing about the property, she just slid us the room key barely said anything and that was it. And the very little she said was snarky and just rude. Second interaction, a bartender was incredibly condescending and rude. He act like we were a bother to him. This took away our initial excitement about the property. We travel often, stay at many hotels, this was by far the worst costumer service we experienced from staff . Out of all of them, we had ONE super kind, waitress one morning at the pool. The rooms are outdated, and not maintained well. The bedding is cheap, thin , rough and mattress is uncomfortable. So you’ll freeze if you don’t have a comforter of your own. They charge for every little thing, with terrible service, that can be aggravating. For example, room service, there’s a service charge + the items + a charge per person. Overall 4/10. Beautiful view / pool area. That was the best part. But overall, they value money over customer experience, it’s so obvious. We were so disappointed and wish we booked an air bnb or another property."
