Our stay was nothing short of unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond. One of the highlights of our stay was spending time by the stunning pool, cocktail in hand, thanks to the best bartender—friendly, attentive, and always ready to mix up something refreshing. The resort’s tucked-away cove is absolutely breathtaking with incredible views that felt almost untouched and completely serene. We will definitely be visiting again in the future.

This place is an absolute gem! We were not expecting much initially since this was planned only an easy night stay before our villa rental but realized we could easily stay for days! Firstly, the pool might be the nicest I’ve ever seen. The resort is located on a stunning beach, crystal blue waters, and beautiful sand. The bar stayed open late and mixed great cocktails, and served a delicious for breakfast in the morning. Our two bedroom room was very clean, had a beautiful view and balcony, and the smaller Casitas were very quaint with individual outside sitting areas. The front desk was super nice and helpful, and readily helpful to arrange for taxis, luggage services, etc. If we do come back to Tortola, we will plan on staying for a longer visit at the Wyndham!

Food is supurb. No doubt about that. Good treatment by staff members. Only I found my room too far away and eerily quiet and dark surroundings. Beautiful trees and shrubs. But at night I had the tendency to see shadows behind every tree. Glad I had my husband with me. But overall a great place.

Of the 4 hotels, on 3 different islands, this was the most disappointing. Let’s start with the room key, what modern hotel still issues a physical key? It reminded me of a roadside motel. We killed over 20 mosquitoes in our room and slept with the mosquito net (provided) closed both nights. The room decor is ikea gone wild. The fitness center is a joke. There is not really room service. The room towels are cheap. The bathroom has only a single sink and a weird square toilet. The beach had very big waves, unsafe for going into the water! The grounds were unkept, the grass needed mowing. Meals at the only restaurant were ok, nothing noteworthy. The pool is very big and quite nice, the highlight of this property. It’s an extremely steep cab ride to get there. All told this is probably a 3 star resort at best.

We loved this property! The beach couldn’t be more perfect. Soft sand on gorgeous private beach. The water was clear and the perfect temperature. This is the best beach on the island. The cabanas were so comfortable and private. The beds comfortable. The staff were very friendly. The food was overpriced for what you got.

Exceeded our expectations. Very nice and helpful happy staff. Really pretty grounds. Not pretentious. Amazing clean pool. Gorgeous beach. Good restaurant w fair prices and great service. Massages at spa were fantastic and not crazy prices. We were in area for a couple of weeks for a sail and exploring. This was a 3 day stop for us and we’re so glad we did it. Kudos to WLB staff.

The bartender was argumentative toward being called out on their inconsistencies and shorting clients. At dinner, I waited 45 mins for a Blue Cheese Ribeye that was suppose to be rare, it wasn’t a ribeye, was charred and got a side of blue cheese dressing, sent it back. Hardly any of the staff was polite or welcoming. Beautiful beach and facility, just no vibe, poor service, and didn’t feel welcome. $200 tab, no buzz, no dinner, went to bed early and disappointed. Left the next day to go to a different resort. called the front desk and requested a taxi for 11am to catch our ferry at 11:30. the taxi showed up at 11:20. we missed the ferry and was stuck with our luggage until we were able to get on the next one at 3:10pm. don’t waste your money here.

I read a review prior to arriving that stated the word “dinghy” I chose to ignore that as this location is near the airport. Unfortunately the word was very accurate. The resort is likely quite old with spotty craftsmanship. The entire resort has a general odour of septic. It wasn’t very pleasant when spending time at the pool. The staff is trying their best in-spite of the property condition. Ants and bugs in the room were abundant. Which is typical for the Caribbean - however this was a bit more than what I would say is an expected amount. The restaurant had a lovely staff and the food was decent. Cheers to the staff trying to offer an enjoyable stay for guests. Wyndham needs to invest in the property and septic system.
