Amazing if you want peace and quiet. Note that there is no aircon in the living and dining room. Only bedrooms had AC. Would have been better if they provided chairs at the balcony. If you want to enjoy the balcony view, you’ll have to stand. Walk over to nearby Turi beach for a better pool and sandy beach. Stayed 3 nights, family.

Room was spacious and clean. Spa was great and professional. Food was good. We tried the Japanese restaurant, the beach club and the breakfast buffet. The Indonesian restaurant was unfortunately closed. Would prefer if they avoided plastic cutlery while in-room dining.

Amazing hotel and wonderful staff! This was our first time in Batam, and we really enjoyed our stay. Everyone was very helpful, friendly, and attentive throughout our visit. We had a great experience and would definitely stay again!

Clean, spacious room with an adequate pool and nice gym. Breakfast buffet was also nicely curated. Short walk to One Batam Mall although no proper road crossing. Would definitely stay again!
