Naomi was a great help to us, helping with our dinner plans. The rooms were the best we had on our trip to Switzerland, France, Belgium and The Netherlands. We would highly recommend the Falco and gladly stay there again!

Everything about the hotel was superb! The staff was extremely attentive and the service was just impeccable. I would highly recommend this as a quiet refuge within the bustling city. Its about a 15 mins drive to Brussels Midi which made it even more convenient. Will definitely return!

Perfect hotel for a brief stay in Brussels. Incredibly convenient to Brussels Midi train station by metro. The same metro station right outside the front door got us everywhere in the city. The hotel and room were incredibly nice and quiet. And the friendly staff gave us the late checkout we needed to get to the Grand Place and see the amazing historical city before we had to check out and catch our train. Would definitely stay again.

Located in a safe and quiet area of Brussels close to a grocery store and some restaurants. I stayed here with my kids for 6 nights and the walk to the main square was too far for them to do by foot. We tried taking public transit but there wasn’t a direct route so timing connecting bus or trams often resulted in us opting to take uber for 15-30 Euros.
Staff were very nice. The hotel is older, no casting options so we used our iPad. The one bedroom had frosted glass which was hard to get kids to bed if I wasn’t ready to sleep too. Kind of defeated the purpose of a one bedroom unit for me.
I’d likely get a hotel closer to the train station or the main square in future so we are closer to the tourist attractions.
