The high level of service, cleanliness, location, staff and manager made our stay a very remorable experience. The manager took trime to meet us at our dinner table and we had a great conversation. The views are spectaculer and they upgraded us to a suite. It had breathtaking views and would definately stay here again. If you want peace and quiet without kids running around, this is the place to relax. I hated to leave this place. I will definately stay here again when visiting Koh Samui. The infinity pool was also great. Thanks management and staff for making our stay way above what was expected. At no point did anyone come to the loungers to take drink orders – we had to walk up and order ourselves, yet were still charged service and tax on top. The location is stunning, but the resort is tired. It needs a full refresh: paintwork, woodwork, tiles, furniture – everything shows its age. Our premium room felt worn, and I would not want to pay double for one of the suites in its current condition. Housekeeping standards were also below expectations, which unfortunately mirrors my experience with other Accor properties, including So Bangkok. Overall, I would suggest choosing a Thai brand over an Accor hotel – you will likely get far better value, service and quality for your money.
