Room was clean and every single person on staff was so friendly the apartment building is well kept and the amenities are great!

This hotel is so beautiful and the staff is so kind and accommodating. The pool and beach areas are stunning, the food is delicious, the rooms are spacious, the beds are so comfortable, and the location is perfect. It’s the best hotel experience I’ve ever had, and I can’t wait to go back again!

The hotel is generally OK. The half board option is certainly recommended. The parking is a pain. As a visitor, I need a few minutes to set up my sat nav before departing. Generally the spaces outside the hotel are full of rental cars awaiting collection so valets leave your car blocking the entrance. Taxi and other drivers are totally impatient when their exit is blocked. The $50 charge and tips to the valets also make it quite expensive. The hotel elevators are a disaster. Too small, too slow and not enough of them. It took us 20 minutes to get an elevator to reception with enough room for us and our bags when we checked out

We waited 2 days and moved 2 rooms before getting our actual room. For that reason the manager upgraded us for the remainder of the week to a 4 bedroom, Oceanfront suite. The property is awesome, but the pool closing at 5:00 is annoying and then closing even earlier for private events is even more annoying. Request a room on the North side of the property to avoid early morning car honking and construction beeps at 7:00 am every day.

It was decent, good location. Housekeeping very nice and helpful., Not as advertised, happy hour was a watered down premix in a Dixie cup which I couldn’t even drink. Advertises do on pool deck. There was no DJ there on Saturday when I went up there., after I returned home received a $48 charge on my card. When I called to inquire I finally was able to contact a person after calling 10 times. They were not able to help me, directed me to contact manager who has not responded after 6 days..
