I was pleasantly surprised by the warm and attentive service from the moment we arrived. Our room was spacious, very clean, and had a lovely balcony. Dinner on Moroccan night was delicious with plenty of high-quality options, and the evening show was amazing—my daughter loved it, and we even joined the dancing. The kids club was exceptional, with activities morning and afternoon; my daughter barely left because she enjoyed it so much. There are many activities for adults too—tennis, football, table tennis, daily classes, parties, and shows. The food had a different theme every night, with great variety and live cooking stations. The free shuttle to Marrakech centre was a huge bonus, and airport transport was reasonably priced. With sunshine every day, our week was incredible. A big thank you to the activities team and the kids club team, you truly made our stay special. I highly recommend this hotel and would love to return.

Situated in the foothills of The High Atlas Mountains, with stunning views towards the snow capped Mountains beyond the wonderful manicured lawns and gardens. The hotel is built of local red sandstone and is beautifully laid out. Pool too cold in Jan but looks fabulous. Food on our visit was relatively limited choice; we stayed 1 nightwith a 40 minute drive from Marrakech (local hotel transfer 270 DAM each way) Incredibly beautiful setting - wonderful rest in the warm January sunshine.
