I stayed at Iberostar Waves for 7 days, and overall, it was a very mixed experience. The biggest issue was the bathroom cleanliness. It was filthy, with many stains on the tiles, and the toilet flush was extremely weak. It couldn’t properly flush a reasonable amount of toilet paper, so we had to use the lobby washroom. The AC was also disappointing, as it never cooled the room properly. The food had good variety each day, but it was often cold unless you arrived right when the buffet opened. The non-alcoholic drinks were also frequently served warm. On the positive side, the pool was great and the entertainment was enjoyable, with a good atmosphere overall.
