Clean and comfortable hotel. Appreciated the front desk having a box of forgotten adapters/chargers for you to use if you need. Biggest problem was the wifi - it kept going in and out on my phone and did not work on my laptop. I was staying here as part of a work trip and this caused some issues.

This townhouse is fabulous from both a design and concept standpoint—two townhouses, once one, now split w/two distinct styles, one more vintage, the other (Rosário) with the original architectural elements but modern design furnishings Both are beautiful. Also cage, restaurant and boutique integrated (great meeting space too) Higher floors are not for the faint of heart (no elevator), but there is one ground floor flat that faces the garden. Garden view rooms are quiet & dark. If you love the East & West villages of NYC you’ll resonate with this v trendy, artsy area—very authentic with wonderful shops, art & restaurants nearby Have at least one breakfast on site & don’t miss happy hour (or the homemade cookies in your room!)

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Greeted upon arrival with a glass of port wine and provided information about the hotel and then taken to our room. We had a balcony with a river view that was beautiful, especially after dark with the surrounding lights. The hotel is in a perfect location. The hotel set up transportation for us from the train station in Porto to the hotel, and also from the hotel to the airport on departure. A wonderful breakfast buffet was included with our stay, and also many options for made to order foods and beverages; as well as access to the wine room with mimosas, bloody marys, wine, and assorted meats and cheeses. As we had to head out so early for the airport for our return flights and would miss breakfast, we were each provided with a bag with pastries, meat and cheese, an apple, granola bar, and orange juice. The hotel has a very nice outdoor lounge overlooking the river etc. and we also enjoyed one of their wine bars. The best tour of our trip, a day in the Douro Valley, was booked through the hotel with Douro First Tours. We highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Porto. Wonderful staff and accommodations. Short walk to the Dom Luis bridge onto Gaia. And right outside hotel can get on boat for the 6 bridges tour.
