Only one passenger elevator. Many restaurants nearby. On new pedestrian area just off main square. Watch out for very fast e-bikes and e-scooters weaving through pedestrian! Much to see in neighborhood.Would stay again.

The hotel is obviously very old but the rooms could be updated a bit. Furnishings were tired. Outside cushions were left out overnight and the time we were there they were constantly wet so we couldn’t sit on them. The staff were fantastic, they were super helpful with questions and couldn’t do enough for you. The food was incredible 5** Beautiful place Carcassone and would certainly love to return
