Shigaraki Luxury Holidays

Very clean. Very convenient. Love it.

We had a fantastic stay at Monday Apart Premium Kyoto Station and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kyoto. The accommodation was incredibly spacious, which was a real luxury after busy days of sightseeing. Everything was spotlessly clean, modern and well maintained, making it feel like a home away from home. What truly made our stay special was the outstanding staff. Every member of the team was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely helpful. They always took the time to chat with us and made us feel valued as guests. On more than one occasion, when we were completely lost trying to navigate the transport system and find our destination, the staff went above and beyond to help us work out the best route and ensure we got where we needed to go. Their kindness, patience and dedication to customer service made a lasting impression on us and played a huge part in making our Kyoto trip so enjoyable. We would not hesitate to stay here again and would gladly recommend Monday Apart Premium Kyoto Station to family and friends. Thank you for such a wonderful experience! 😊

The hotel is beautiful. You can feel the Kyoto vibe throughout the lobby all the way to the rooms with the details and quality and material of the building. Loved our stay and would love to come back. Great location too.

Delightful property. Room was a good size with an excellent shower. Beds were comfy and room was quiet. Bakery on the main floor made all sorts of delectable delights. We had fried egg sandwiches on fresh baguettes on the first and last mornings. Rooftop bar was also a nice place to spend time and have a couple of beverages and very delicious vegan tacos made with falafel croquettes. It's far enough away from the train station that I would recommend a taxi (about 1600 yen on a weeknight arrival, but return trip was about 2000 on a saturday morning - don't know why there was a difference, but not unreasonable either way). Otherwise, the location is good for exploring all the wonders of Kyoto. Great place to spend some time.

Great place! Everything clear!! Breakfast the best!

객실도 특별하고 직원분들도 너무 친절하며 감옥 경험을 제대로 할 수 있으 재미도 있었습니다~

This place was great. Super clean, amazing-friendly staff. Our family felt very comfortable here. They definitely went above and beyond. Not to mention the place was extremely clean.

Our stay at Imperial Hotel Kyoto was excellent from start to finish. The service was outstanding— attentive and professional, with every detail taken care of. Our room was comfortable and immaculate. One of our favorite parts of the stay was the rooftop. It was such a wonderful space to relax, take in the views and enjoy the atmosphere of Kyoto. It was a nice touch to our visit. Overall, Imperial Hotel Kyoto was fantastic. From the beautiful surroundings and excellent service to the unforgettable rooftop, we loved it all! We would absolutely love to stay there again on our next visit to Kyoto and will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends if they plan to travel to Japan.

Amazing location close to great food, shopping, and bars. Super clean and well sized rooms. It was SO NICE having a washer/dryer. Stayed 6 nights out of our two week vacation and were able to wash clothes everyday. One con is they don’t have room keys so you enter a code for the elevator/room and the elevator code sometimes didn’t work but other than that amazing stay, would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay at Hotel Monterey Grasmere Osaka. The location was excellent, but what truly stood out was Sho at the concierge desk. He was incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. His service made my experience in Osaka even better. Sho is a true asset to the hotel

The room itself was clean and provided extra toiletry amenities, if needed. Housekeeping came to make the beds and provided new towels daily. However, the communication on the costs of laundry from the staff could be improved on. We were told that there was no laundry on site but that they offered a laundry service. We thought it would be similar to other hotels so didnt think much about it however we were shocked when we got a bill for 24100 yen for a week of laundry. We acknowledge that we should have confirmed but we were not aware that it was a full service with dry cleaning and press, perhaps they should also make this clear and give a rough idea of the costs prior to accepting our laundry.

No lounge/common space, probably good for business people but not so good for tourists in my opinion, room ok but felt breakfast was fairly expensive
