Compared to other Shangri-La s Ive stayed at in other countries. This one felt a bit cheap with the layout, decor and snacks/bar in room. Very cash grabbing. Tacky lobby too. But the food as BOSK for breakfast was delicious the housekeeping staff are lovely to speak with and the room size is very big.

Wonderful 5 nights in Toronto! Our suite had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and the view from the 45th floor made it our own private rooftop lounge. Very quiet. Walkable to most of the main sights. Restaurant and lounge were very good, and we especially enjoyed the happy hour menu. We would definitely stay again.
