Building is a bit old. Great and helpful friendly staff. Great location with a little noise from street business. Close to Giza Pyramids. Breakfast delivered everyday. Free bottle of water. Great people.

Our experience at this hotel has been truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived in Egypt, we felt welcomed, cared for, and at home. Traveling to a new country can sometimes feel overwhelming, but this experience made everything so much more special and comfortable for us. I especially want to give Ahmed the recognition he deserves, because he played such a big part in making our stay memorable. His kindness, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality went above and beyond our expectations. He made sure we were comfortable, helped everything run smoothly, and made us feel like more than just guests. It is rare to meet someone who puts so much heart into what they do, and Ahmed truly made a difference in our experience. Thank you to the entire team, and especially to Ahmed, for making our time here feel so special. People like him are what make a place unforgettable. We came as guests, but we are leaving with grateful hearts and wonderful memories.

Upon arrival, the entrance looked like a construction site. No elevator for 4 flights of stairs. I was given what looked to be a leftover room with no refrigerator and a bathroom that reeked of sewage. I was told I would have to wait til the next day to change my room. The next day I was given the room next door which was way better EXCEPT that in the middle of the night my bed collapsed (I only weigh 150lbs). 3men showed up to fix my bed. Next day I had no room service. The first night they did bring a tray of bananas just cut from a tree and grapes; then they knocked at the door at 10:52pm to see if everything was okay (seriously???). The first 2 days, I was consistently queried about organizing tours organized by them. Once they got the message that I wasn’t interested, all services ceased. Construction went on throughout the night in that entrance I mentioned at the beginning. Of course, my room was located right above that entrance…..need I say more???

I have been visiting Stella Di Mare Grand Hotel in El Sokhna for almost 15 years, but unfortunately, this was by far my most disappointing experience. The bathroom ventilation in my room was not working, and despite a maintenance visit, the problem remained unresolved. The room furniture has also become noticeably old. The food quality was disappointing, the beach service was poor and not always friendly, and I had concerns about the cleanliness of the pool water. There were also many group and corporate trips during our stay, making the hotel excessively noisy and affecting the relaxing atmosphere I had always enjoyed here. I was particularly disappointed because I was staying with my mother, who is almost 80 years old, and she did not enjoy her stay either. Overall, I feel the hotel's standards, atmosphere, and service have declined considerably compared with previous years. The price I paid for the week was far too high for the quality of the experience we received. I also felt there might be differences in pricing between guests, which raises concerns about pricing transparency. Although some staff members were helpful and professional, their efforts could not compensate for the overall disappointing experience. After 15 years of loyalty, I regret to say that this will be my last visit. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend the hotel to friends or family. I sincerely hope management addresses these issues and restores the standards.

Brief 2 day but excellent experience. Nadim was excellent and helped us many times booking a tour and getting multiple cabs to places throughout the city. Staff as whole were incredibly polite and helpful and a tip team all around

The staff were very welcoming. The room was very cosy and oversaw the beautiful pyramids.

If you come from the west, it is and seems very minimalistic. It's noisy. Be prepared to wake at 520 every morning. But i would not trade my experience there for anything. I will miss all of the employees there as of 1/11/26. Love, Nadiyya

Our stay was absolutely amazing and truly unforgettable! One of the biggest highlights was the incredible view of the Pyramids and the Sphinx directly from our room. Waking up and being able to look out at such an iconic view was breathtaking and made our trip to Egypt even more special. The food was delicious and fresh, and we really enjoyed everything we tried. The customer service was also exceptional. Everyone was welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. A very special thank you to Sarah, who made our entire trip so much easier and stress free. She helped plan our itinerary for the whole trip and arranged our drivers and tour guides, so we were able to experience Egypt without having to worry about all the details. Everything was organized so well, and having that level of assistance made a huge difference. Between the spectacular Pyramid and Sphinx views, delicious food, excellent service, and the help we received planning our activities, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone visiting Egypt, especially if you want an unforgettable view and wonderful hospitality. We would definitely stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
