Western Andalusia Kid friendly Holidays

On arriving, the reception staff were not particularly welcoming - and seemed very rushed. They gave me a site map and scribbled on directions to my room - which were in fact totally wrong, and sent me walking for 20 minutes to find my room. The whole site is very complex and is a maze of buildings and rooms with a bizarre numbering system. I was on second floor, no lift which isn't ideal with suitcases. The room itself was clean, but dated and a bit tired. The shower was useless and A/C was just about enough. There was no shower gel, and a family of ants in the bathroom - but when I told reception, they were extremely prompt in dealing with it. The pool looked nice enough - although I didn't use it. The breakfast was very good. The hotel was okay....I wouldn't stay here again, as there's better around. But it was fine, and if you go prepared you wouldn't be disappointed. Staff were generally a bit sombre and unfriendly, and seemed to forget people are on holiday for fun - however, the staff are very efficient.

They are quick to answer questions via WhatsApp or in the lobby. The best part of our stay is the location! A 10 minute walk to Alcazar and the Cathedral, and the “waffle” looking structure. Lots of restaurants downstairs. And Carrefour a few steps away. The suites5 was perfect for our stay in Seville!

Location is amazing, room, pool beach. Really missing a bar with real glasses inside, everything revolves around the pool area. That said great hotel and would return!
