I would like to say location is great staff is amazing always welcoming with a smile specially would love to say a massive thank you to Dimitris in breakfast area who always greeted us looked after us. One down side some of the guest who was there was unfortunately very bad litter was thrown all over the place running around corridors late at night which really makes it disappointing. Overall hotels great.

Loved this hotel and couldn't have asked for a better place to propose to my gf. The staff was very accommodating and made our stay a memorable one! The hotel driver waited for us at the ferry port despite being a little late. Then our room was upgraded and the staff was incredibly helpful and supportive! the restaurant has an amazing view and the breakfast was SO good too, with multiple home-made items, etc. There is a bus stop right outside on the main road if you want to go to Fira or Oia. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and happy. Definitely recommend the Princess Spa hotel to anyone visiting Santorini.

The hotel catered for what you want. We came here thinking it was 5 star all inclusive but in fact it was more like a 4 star. You need to upgrade to get the branded alcohol, or water in bottles. It’s definitely geared towards alcohol. The food is good. There isn’t much to eat throughout the day in terms of snacks. Ice cream in tubs and homemade sandwiches. The pool is lovely and the views are fab. The vibe is nice. Hospitality is lovely and people enjoy themselves. The pool is the best part for me. Mr Marx at customer relations is fantastic. He is friendly, helpful and very personal. He takes an interest in you and remembers things you’ve spoken about and is really informative. All hotels should have someone like him. And he speaks 7 languages!!

This was our first time at an all inclusive and this hotel really did not disappoint! Previous holidays we had always opted for self-catered as we were worried about the crowds and the quality of an all inclusive - but with two young kids we decided this was the year to just go for it! From the moment we arrived the staff were amazing - we were made to feel really welcome. Our room (an inland view family suite) wasn't huge but it was more than big enough for 2 adults and 2 young kids (including a toddler in a cot) and it was modern and spotlessly clean. Also, we really didn't spend much time in the room because the kids loved the pools so much! With a large pool, kids pool, baby pool and slides everyone was happy! The sun loungers were 'claimed' around the main pool pretty early every morning, but as we had a toddler we preferred to be further from the main pool anyway so for us this wasn't an issue. Also we couldn't believe how calm it was around the pool despite the number of people - there was an excellent atmosphere with everyone just having a really lovely time! Finally I need to mention the food - the choice and quality at the Samaria restaurant was outstanding! We all ate too much and even my very fussy daughter was well fed every day. We will be coming back next year!

The rooms were cleaned daily and staff were always friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing offering a great selection of food. Will return again.
