Zdrelo Spa Kid friendly Holidays

Stayed for a night, room was pretty clean and comfortable, however wires were hanging out of the AC unit. Bathroom could do with a refurb. Reception staff were very helpful.

I mostly enjoyed my stay at Black Pearl suites. It is centrally located in the old town area close to the Bohemian Quarter. Lots of cafés, restaurants, and bars within walking distance. Some complaints – the elevator is tiny and only accommodates one person. If you have lots of luggage, be prepared to walk up the stairs to the fifth floor. The bed in my room was hard as a rock and for some reason only one foot off the ground. The front desk is not staffed 24 seven. The staff leave at the end of the day. So if you need anything you must wait till the following day. Generally, it was a good experience.

Excellent staff and service

Staying at this hotel was a real privilege. It was spotlessly clean and the staff were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The spa was fantastic and we enjoyed using the fab facilities. The location was on the edge of the centre which was perfect for us. We would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Belgrade!
